Commercial real estate firm — marketing site
A ground-up marketing site for a commercial real estate company — positioning, property showcase, and lead capture, built on our staging-review workflow.
The challenge
Present institutional-scale work with the polish the asset class expects, while keeping the site fast, editable, and honest about what the firm does.
What we built
- Design direction and full site build on a private staging address
- Client review through the DUXCON portal — comments anchored to the page
- Launch path with DNS cutover and zero downtime
The outcome
Currently in build. The client reviews progress live through the portal and marks changes directly on the staging site.
